[스포츠조선 김성원 기자]이란 팬들의 경기장 티켓도 취소돼 논란이다.

이란축구협회(FFIRI)는 9일(이하 한국시각) 2026년 북중미월드컵 개막을 불과 며칠 앞두고 조별리그에 배정된 팬들의 티켓이 취소됐다고 분통을 터트렸다. 이란은 북중미월드컵 아시아 3차예선에서 A조 1위를 차지하며 4회 연속 월드컵 본선 진출에 성공했다.

G조에 포진한 이란은 16일과 22일, 미국 LA에서 뉴질랜드와 벨기에와 각각 맞붙고, 27일 시애틀에서 이집트와 대결한다.
